Conductive PEEK
JUTAIPEEK®EC3/5 is a high-end conductive filler modified polyether ether ketone profile, which has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and stable conductivity. By adding carbon nanotubes, this material can achieve high electrical conductivity while maintaining a low level of filling. Compared with carbon fiber modified PEEK, it has stable and uniform resistivity in all directions.

This product can be used in semiconductor processing auxiliary materials, semiconductor parts, industrial explosion-proof fields, and used in the application of static electricity removal when static electricity is accumulated. It is often used in semiconductor production to process highly sensitive components, and significantly reduce the damage or destruction of components during the production process.

Instructions for Use

Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine. 

Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.

Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance. 
Packed with polymeric film when not use.
